Back to School Series: Amazing First Day of School Outfit Ideas

I got the Aeropostale Fall Style Guide in the mail today and it's amazing! They have so many beautiful (first day of school worthy) outfits. Sailor Stripes From ModCloth!

I started a sailing course yesterday and it is so much fun! I jumped off the boat a bazillion times and we got to swim at the end of the day. So I had some inspiration (you can say) to do a post on sailing stripes. I don't think this is currently trending but the style is classic and classics never go out of style. I actually found everything from ModCloth, an awesome fashion line. I'm not planning of wearing stripes when we are sailing but these are cute everyday summer outfit pieces. Where to Find Cute Beach/Pool Bags?

Scorpio and I live close to a beach except the water is always cold (even in summer) and not very nice for swimming so outdoor pools are a great alternative. Either way, you need a big beach bag to carry all the essentials but I never want to get a very expensive beach bag because they tend to get really worn out super fast. So I was checking out the Forever 21 website as suggested by a friend and I found some really adorable beach bags that are all under $16 but I also found some really nice totes that are totally my official beach bag replacement and they are all under $5 so when the bag gets worn out you can just get a new one without too much of an impact on your wallet. Where to look for the perfect dress? (trust me they're AWESOME)

Scorpio (as you guys know her) is absolutely in love with the dresses at ModCloth and with good reason (I love them too). The store has a HUGE variety of dresses. Personally I only really like the site for the dresses (not as much the shirts, shorts, etc..) Scorpio's sister actually ordered a formal dress from ModCloth a while ago and was happy with how it fitted and everything (trust me when I say she looked awesome in it). Some of the dresses are quite expensive which is a downside but they are great quality and there are always so many reviews to help you decide if the piece is right for you. Where to look for a cute romper?

I'm completely in love with all of Victoria Secret's rompers (who would have thought?). I actually never new they sold rompers before. They are super adorable to slip over a swimsuit or simply to lounge around in during the summer because they keep you cool and are super duper comfy without being as revealing as a dress. Personally I really like these rompers because the waists are an elastic band and I'm not sure if anyone has ever tried the rompers without an elastic band or zipper but they are so annoying to get off. I also really love the colours because they can be really bright and outgoing like the yellow one in the center.

My must have accessory to wear with rompers are layered bracelets.

 I very much recommend to check out Victoria Secret if you are looking for a cute romper.

Trending swimsuits (summer 2013)

WOW! Another 2 months and a half of fun in the sun is almost here. I'm determined to be ready for the summer break before it comes which means updating my summer wardrobe (which includes my swimsuits). I decided I would check out the Forever 21 website which will have a link at the bottom of the post. I hope I give some of you guys ideas. It's been a long time since I've posted on the blog which sucks but I'll posting a lot more when summer comes so keep checking for updates.

Have fun swimsuit shopping!

I really hope you guys have been enjoying the videos. I’m having fun making them. So what you guys have probably noticed is in my videos I’m constantly mentioning Forever21. I love the store; it’s amazing! I would actually really suggest going to Forever21 for your necklaces, bracelets and earrings. They are so amazing, really beautiful, good quality, and they are not that expensive. It’s totally worth going there if you’re looking to update your wardrobe. Lastly I just want to make it clear that these are my opinions and that everyone has different styles. Overall my fashion tip for today is to check out Forever21!

What do you think?

      Lots of people in out day are really into hanging out at the mall! Is this a good or bad thing? Personally I think the mall should be a place for people go to get necessities, not a place to kill time with friends. I'm certainly speaking for myself. Different people have different opinions?
